2. Role Purpose
The DIAL Executive is responsible for engaging with influencers, contractors, and other key stakeholders through regular calls and follow-ups. The role focuses on influencer onboarding and activation, lead generation, issue resolution, site visit coordination, and driving engagement under the Influencer Loyalty Program to support business growth and strengthen influencer relationships.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach and engagement calls with newly on boarded, potential, active, and inactive influencers.
• Identify potential leads and opportunities through calls and divert them to the field techno sales team within the defined timeline.
• Engage with MIC200 contractors through regular calls and follow-ups.
• Capture influencer issues, queries, and site visit requirements in a structured manner.
• Coordinate with field officers and engineers for site visit requirements and ensure timely closure.
• Act as the central point of contact for influencer-related issues and support.
• Drive engagement under the Influencer Loyalty Program, including follow-ups for slab achievement and closure activities.
• Maintain proper records and MIS of calls, leads, activations, issues, and follow-up activities.

79 Months: Improved influencer engagement, issue resolution, and contractor engagement.
1012 Months: Consistent contribution to influencer activation, lead generation, loyalty program engagement, and business growth.

• Achieve defined influencer calling and engagement targets.

• Ensure timely identification and diversion of sales leads.
