Executive/Senior Executive - EPC

We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive EPC to coordinate production and project-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, interdepartmental coordination, regular follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules.
• Follow up with respective teams to ensure timely completion of production and project-related activities.
• Coordinate the availability of raw materials, components, manpower, and other production requirements.
• Monitor the progress of EPC/project activities and highlight delays or issues.
• Maintain production and project-related records and reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure smooth coordination between various departments for timely execution of orders/projects.
• Follow up on pending activities and provide regular status updates to management.
• Support day-to-day production and project coordination activities.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production coordination, EPC, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
