• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and HRIS/ERP management.
• Support in orientation, recruitment, selection, onboarding, placement, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Support processing attendance, leave, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation, and other employee movements.
• Support PMS implementation, including KPI setting, performance monitoring, and evaluation.
• Assist in coordinating payroll, benefits, incentives, training, development, and employee engagement activities.
• Support compliance with Labour Laws, IDRA requirements, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, employee relations, and HR communications.
• Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, analytics and support HR policy implementation, process improvement.
• Other assignments entrusted by Management.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years
• Education: human resource management
• Skills: hris management, human resources, human resources management, hris, sap hr, hr management, hris (human resource information system)
