Executive/Senior Executive -Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management and onboarding.
• Support workforce planning and identify future hiring requirements.
• Prepare and manage Job Descriptions and coordinate the complete interview cycle.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction and integration.
• Identify training needs and support Learning & Development initiatives and training calendars.
• Support performance management, competency assessment and employee development.
• Coordinate career advancement, promotions and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, rewards and welfare activities.
• Support HR policies, employee grievance handling, POSH and HR compliance.
• Maintain employee records and HR data through HRIS/HRMS.
• Support compensation, benefits and performance appraisal processes.
• Contribute to Organizational Development and change management initiatives.
• Work closely with various departments and HR leadership on people-related initiatives.

Mandatory:

• B.E / B.Tech + MBA-HR critical requirement.
• Female candidate.
• Relevant HR experience in a manufacturing / engineering organization.
• Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist activities.
• Good experience in employee lifecycle management.
• Kannada is Mandatory
