Executive/Senior Executive, Purchasing

What you'll be doing:

Objective:

• Understanding the company's needs for daily operations to buy goods and services for a company to ensure its operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure that goods are delivered on time by coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Sourcing suppliers that meet the needs of the organization, based on price, quality, availability, and logistical cost.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled.
• Negotiating with supplier in ways that benefit the company.
• Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
• Ensure timely delivery in alignment with the production schedule, maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Monitor and control logistics costs to achieve zero premium freight and meet cost-saving targets.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing/procurement experiences
• Preferably 2 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industry
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients.
• Understand and able to interprets in standard requirements for IATF 16949, IATF, 5 Core tools
