Executive/Sr. Executive Account - AR & AP

Position : Accountant AR & AP at Fibe.India (Formerly EarlySalary)

Location: Samrat Chowk,
Viman Nagar, Pune

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive – Accounts to join our finance team in Pune. If you have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and core accounting operations, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
2. Ensure timely invoicing and follow-ups.
3. Preparation of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance workings and related payments.
4. Coordinate with internal teams for vendor invoices and booking entries in Tally.
5. Follow up on receivables and debtor payments.
6. Support Statutory, Tax, GST, and Internal Audits.
7. Preparation of audit schedules and reconciliations.
8. Bank reconciliation, payment processing, and bank coordination.
9. Ensure timely closing of books of accounts.
10. Maintain accurate accounting records and reconciliations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Graduate.
2. 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
3. Strong working knowledge of AR & AP processes.
4. Hands-on experience with Tally, Oracle, and accounting entries.
5. Good command over MS Excel & Word.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Experience:
2–3 Years.
