• Prepare all kinds of vouchers such as - Cash Disbursement Voucher, Journal Voucher, Cash Receipt Voucher, etc.
• Record total daily purchase under chart of accounts and accumulate totals for month-end balancing with accounts payable
• Maintain Cash book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable
• Assist in preparing product costing, analyzing material consumption and verifying with standard cost, preparing analytical report on variance and preparing material budget
• Manage expenditures for procurement and maintain associated records
• Expert in Tally Software is Must.
• Raw Material and Packing Material Consumption with Stock Valuation.
• Bank Reconciliation

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Education: master of business administration in accounting
• Skills: purchase ledger, knowledge of accounting software, basic accounting knowledge, accounting software, accounts reconciliation, use of accounting software, proficiency in accounting software, accounts payable and receivable, basic accounting, general ledger management
