What they need
- Handling DGFT-related activities, applications, documentation and compliance.
- Handling RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products) claims, documentation and follow-up.
- Managing Forex transactions and coordinating with banks for foreign currency payments/receipts.
- Handling Import and Export accounting and documentation.
- Coordination with banks for import/export remittances, BRC/e-BRC, BOE, shipping documents and related compliances.
- Monitoring and closure of outstanding import/export transactions with banks.
- Liaising with DGFT, banks, CHA, freight forwarders and internal departments.
- Maintaining records and reconciliations relating to foreign currency transactions.
- Supporting documentation for statutory/internal audits relating to import-export and forex transactions.
- Ensuring timely compliance with applicable banking, DGFT and company procedures.
