Executive/Sr. Executive HR

Role & responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
• Coordinate recruitment activities including screening, scheduling, and documentation
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files
• Handle induction and orientation programs for new hires

2. Compliance & Statutory Management

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
• Coordinate filings, returns, and documentation under relevant labour laws
• Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
• Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements

3. Payroll & Benefits Support

• Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data inputs
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime details
• Assist in administration of employee benefits and reimbursements

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
• Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes

5. HR Administration

• Prepare HR letters, policies, and documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of HR records and employee information
• Generate HR reports and MIS as required

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should be residing in Madurai or in and around. The candidate should have

• Exposure to manufacturing industry HR practices
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Should be a Team player
