Executive/Sr. Executive - Purchase - Facility Vertical

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services required for operations while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Operations

• Source and purchase materials, products, and services as per company requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of all items to avoid operational disruptions.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Maintain proper documentation of all procurement activities.

2. Vendor Management

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards.

3. Cost Control

• Compare prices and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor market trends to get the best deals.
• Control and reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.

4. Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate with store and operations teams for stock requirements.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Avoid overstocking or stock shortages.
• Assist in stock audits and inventory control.

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
• Prepare reports on purchases, expenses, and savings.
• Coordinate with finance for billing and payments.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in Facility or Real Estate Industry.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
