Exercise Manager

Schedule:
Training activities will follow Government-approved schedules and task orders. Work hours may vary depending on exercise preparation, field training, simulations, and training execution.

Summary:
Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Exercise Manager to coordinate and manage specialized military medical training exercises for Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). The position oversees scenario planning, logistical coordination, exercise execution, and training support activities.

Requirements:

• Experience managing military training exercises, medical simulations, or complex field training operations.
• Strong knowledge of exercise planning, training logistics, and operational coordination.
• Ability to coordinate instructors, equipment, facilities, and training scenarios.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Duties:

• Plan and coordinate tactical medical training exercises and practical scenarios.
• Organize exercise schedules, training locations, equipment, and logistical support.
• Coordinate instructors, support personnel, and training resources.
• Monitor exercise execution, safety procedures, and operational readiness.
• Prepare exercise documentation, performance reports, and after-action feedback.
