About the Role

• Carry a complex caseload across chronic disease, NDIS, DVA, aged care, and post-surgical rehab
• Collaborate with physios, osteopaths, and other disciplines on shared patients
• Access structured mentoring and a pathway toward senior or clinical leadership roles
• Contribute to cross-disciplinary PD and case discussions

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ experience as a registered Exercise Physiologist
• Comfortable managing complex, multi-condition clients independently
• Strong communicator who works well in a multidisciplinary setting
• Looking for more than a capacity-based role
