About the Role

We’re recruiting for full-time Exercise Physiologists for our Club Active in Castle Hill . In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding clinical care, run group coaching classes, and help foster a strong sense of community within the club.

You will:

• Complete assessments and deliver tailored exercise prescriptions
• Support clients with chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehab, and longevity goals
• Build meaningful connections with members to support long-term adherence and outcomes
• Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, dietitians, and other health professionals
• Contribute to a culture focused on results, engagement, and community

What We’re Looking For:

• ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
• Experience working in a gym or allied health setting preferred
• Confident with both individualised exercise prescription and group-based delivery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive, professional attitude that adds value to both the team and member experience
• Passion for working with the over-50s and promoting preventative health
