What You’ll Do:

• **Patient Hero:**Prescribe personalised treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, using your strong clinical experience and confidence to make autonomous decisions.
• **Data Dynamo:**Track patient progress and outcomes, preparing detailed reports to share with relevant stakeholders.
• Referrer Engagement: Regularly meet with established referral network to strengthen existing relationships.
• Collaborator: Work closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team including specialists, GP’s, vocational rehab, injury managers and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless operations and stellar patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Membership with ESSA as an AEP at the commencement of the position
• Demonstrated experience delivering high‑quality clinical care and managing diverse patient presentations
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders and representing the organisation professionally
• Industry experience across multiple sectors highly advantageous
• Unwavering commitment to exceptional customer and stakeholder service
• Valid driver’s licence
