The role

You’ll deliver a blend of private 1:1 sessions and small‑group strength & conditioning classes. Additional hours in the form of Reformer Pilates instructing are available for those with interest, experience or certification here. Many clients are stepping out of rehab and need a practitioner who can bridge the gap between clinical care and high‑performance fitness. Your week will include:

• Designing and coaching evidence‑based programs tailored to each client’s goals and injury history.
• Progress‑review meetings and case conferences with our physio team.
• Morning and evening shifts across a set roster (10-15 hours initially) with scope to build.
• If you hold (or are working towards) a Reformer Pilates qualification, we’ll help you integrate that skill-set into your timetable – but it’s not essential.
• Exercise Physiologists can expect to receive referrals from our GP & NDIS network to further build up their caseload.

About you

• Degree‑qualified Exercise Scientist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA).
• Current First Aid & CPR plus professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• Confident coaching functional strength movements and adapting sessions for injuries.
• Positive communicator who enjoys building long‑term client relationships.
