As an Exercise Trainer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess clients’ fitness levels, physical abilities, and limitations.
• Develop customised exercise programmes to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and overall well-being.
• Adapt exercises for clients with physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges.
• Conduct safe and engaging individual and group exercise sessions.
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programmes according to their needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to support clients’ therapeutic goals.
• Ensure proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate client records, progress documentation, and reports.
• Perform other programme-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or a related field
• Possession of a recognised fitness certification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in fitness training, rehabilitation, or a similar role.
