Exhibit Project Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly respected experiential marketing and trade show exhibit organization to identify a full time, experienced Exhibits Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment!

If you have experience managing custom exhibit builds, event logistics, fabrication schedules, graphics production, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced trade show, experiential marketing, or exhibit house environment this role may be for you!

📍 Location: Greater Milwaukee Area (On-Site with WFH Benefits) | Travel up to 20%

📍 Compensation : $80K-$95K + benefits

Role Requirements:

✔Min. 3 years of project management experience within the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, event production, or custom fabrication industry.

✔ Strong understanding of exhibit fabrication processes, graphics production, and event logistics.

✔ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

✔ Experience coordinating vendors, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams

✔ Exceptional communication and client service abilities

✔ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure

✔ Self-motivated professional who takes ownership and accountability for project success

✔ Ability to travel as required for client meetings and event support.
