Exhibition Calling Executive & Client Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are an Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication company looking for an experienced Exhibition Calling Executive & Client Coordinator to join our team on a Work-from-Home basis. Your primary job is to connect with corporate clients participating in upcoming exhibitions, pitch our custom booth construction services, and manage the client end-to-end until the project is finalized.

Key Responsibilities:
* Call provided lists of B2B companies participating in upcoming exhibitions.

* Pitch our stall design and fabrication services to decision-makers.

* Filter out interested clients and collect their basic stall requirements.

* Maintain an accurate daily calling log in MS Excel sheets.

Mandatory Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven, hands-on experience specifically in the Exhibition Industry is mandatory (Candidates without exhibition industry experience should not apply).

* Assets: Must have your own functional Laptop/Desktop and high-speed Wi-Fi at home.

* Skills: Good conversational English and clear, polite Hindi speaking skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

*setup: Must be capable of managing clients independently in a professional, remote work environment.

What We Offer:
* Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on your experience).

* Perks: Free company SIM card + Unlimited monthly calling recharge provided by us.

* Incentives: Earn ₹5,000 per project. For high-value or large-scale projects, we offer even higher performance-based commissions.
