What they need
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, Logistik, Perdagangan Internasional, Ekonomi, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Export–Import (EXIM), khususnya di perusahaan manufaktur, menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami proses dan prosedur ekspor dan impor.
- Memahami dokumen EXIM, seperti:Commercial Invoice,Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L),Air Waybill (AWB),PEB/PEB-related export documentation,PIB dan dokumen impor terkait, Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Memahami proses customs clearance dan koordinasi dengan pihak forwarder, shipping line, supplier, serta instansi terkait.
- Memiliki pemahaman mengenai HS Code dan klasifikasi barang menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami regulasi dan prosedur kepabeanan menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu melakukan monitoring jadwal shipment ekspor dan impor.
- Mampu memastikan kelengkapan dan ketepatan dokumen sebelum proses pengiriman barang.
- Mampu melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, PPIC, dan Production.
- Teliti, detail-oriented, memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan analisis yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Kemampuan Bahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
