Scope of Work

• Collection of Export information Register / Statement from company
• Coordination with Exim / Finance teams for compilation of data & documents
• Verification Export documents, Freight, insurance & commission, etc for generation of eBRC
• Collection of information related to Bank online inward remittance details – IRM from company
• Linking of IRM with respect to Export shipment & confirmation from company
• Uploading required data on DGFT portal and generation of eBRC.
• Update eBRC on Exim portal against each SB/ Commercial invoice. Preparation of MIS for IDPMS and EDPMS
• Reconciliation of SB vs BRC
• Maintaining tracker of eBRC & submission of MIS to the company officials
• Coordination & Visits to respective banks as per requirements
• Coordination with AD banks for EDPMS-IDPMS closure and maintaining MIS for the same
• Any other work related to Import Export allocated time to time.

Qualification, Experience & Gender preference -

Candidate should be Graduate with relevant experience of 1-2 years in eBRC generation and Import Export field. Preferably Male candidate.

Location & working days & time –

Electronic city, Bangalore.

• Good communication skills – English & local language
• Ready to travel
• Good command on Excel, Govt Portals expected
