Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Export-Import operations, or at least 3 years in an EXIM Supervisory role.
• Solid grasp of end-to-end export-import processes, customs procedures, regulatory compliance, and the associated documentation.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; exposure to ERP systems is an advantage.

Job Description

• Oversee the entire export-import operation, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, PPJK (customs brokers), freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to keep export-import activities running smoothly.
• Monitor customs clearance status, ETA/ETD, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time arrival of goods.
• Oversee international logistics costs, evaluate the performance of logistics vendors and freight forwarders, and implement measures to minimize shipment delay risks.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on export-import activities to management.
