EXIM Staff

• Review and verify import declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare import duty payments and invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports related to import activities.
• Coordinate and communicate with freight forwarders and trucking companies to arrange and monitor deliveries.
• Ensure import documentation and processes are properly maintained and completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties to ensure smooth import and delivery processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in EXIM (Export-Import).
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Good understanding of export and import processes and activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta.
