Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an Exotic Derivatives Pricing Analyst to join an international financial markets team, supporting the pricing of exotic derivatives and ensuring that production flows run smoothly while maintaining strong operational, financial and regulatory controls.

✅ Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Perform pricing of exotic derivatives .
• Work with OTC derivatives and understand the Swap lifecycle .
• Ensure production flows run smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform regular controls to minimise operational and fraud risks .
• Identify, escalate and follow up on issues with Management, Front Office and Permanent Control teams.
• Monitor and help maintain low levels of financial, reputational, regulatory and legal risk .
• Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve operational issues.

✅ Skills & Experience

• Good knowledge of financial markets and OTC derivatives .
• Understanding of the Swap lifecycle .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory .
• Strong risk awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Client-focused, proactive and adaptable mindset.

💼 Work Setup

• On-site during the first few months , followed by a hybrid working model .
• 🕑 Working Hours: 14:00 – 23:00/15:00 – 24:00
