Kids & Adult Dental is excited to open a new location in the Avon area and is looking for experienced and enthusiastic team members to help us care for our new community.

Duties

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Take dental x-rays
• Perform dental charting and recordkeeping
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
• Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment

Skills

• Proficient in HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating dental prosthetics
• Experience in assisting with various dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
• Ability to take accurate vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse rate
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy and terminology
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members
