At Bloom + Brighten Kids Dentistry, we provide comprehensive pediatric dental care rooted in a holistic approach that recognizes the link between oral and overall health. We believe that the health of our children’s mouths directly impacts their systemic well-being!

We prioritize the emotional well-being of children and families by creating an exceptional dental experience (that is also fun and positive!)

As an EFDA on our team, you will:

• Provide exceptional chairside support during pediatric dental procedures
• Perform EFDA duties within your Oregon scope of practice
• Assist with restorative procedures, sealants, fluoride, and other appropriate treatments
• Take X-Rays, and iTero scans.
• Help children feel safe, comfortable, and confident during their dental visits
• Educate patients and families about preventive oral health and healthy habits
• Support our Whole Body Approach by helping families understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked operatories
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with doctors, team members, patients, and parents
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team and keep the day running smoothly

Skills

• EFDA certifcation
• Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix experince
• X-Ray Certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical, multitasking and organizational skills

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
