Expansion Manager

Position Description

• Develop and execute the company’s store expansion strategy in line with annual growth targets

• Identify and evaluate potential store locations through market research, demographic analysis, competitor mapping, and traffic assessments

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, property agents, and local stakeholders

• Coordinate site feasibility studies, financial analysis, and return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations before site approval.

• Manage the end-to-end store acquisition process, from site identification through lease execution

• Collaborate closely with Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Licensing teams to ensure timely store openings

• Monitor project timelines and resolve issues that may impact new store launches

• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential locations and expansion opportunities

• Prepare expansion reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in market expansion, business development, or strategic planning

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Willingness to travel as required
