Role

• Lead operational execution for partnership stores.

• Coordinate project delivery from survey, production, logistics, installation, until project handover.

• Act as the bridge between partnership stores and Fabrica's central operations.

• Resolve operational issues and ensure excellent customer experience.

• Standardize operational processes for new territories.

• Assess territory readiness and lead the transition into an independent operational team.

• Drive continuous improvement in quality, lead time, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Has at least 3 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Project Coordination, or Technical Support.

• Comes from industries such as Interior, Furniture, Building Materials, Construction, or Manufacturing.

• Enjoys solving problems and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Is willing to travel and support new market development.
