Role & responsibilities

• Track procurement status of assigned packages and materials.
• Follow up with vendors on manufacturing progress, documentation, inspections, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Inspection, Logistics, and Project teams.
• Monitor supplier commitments and identify potential delays.
• Expedite vendor deliverables including drawings, datasheets, inspection reports, certificates, and manufacturing records.
• Ensure on-time delivery of project materials and equipment.
• Maintain material status reports, expediting reports, and procurement trackers.
• Participate in review meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate critical issues affecting project schedules.
• Coordinate inspection schedules and shipment readiness activities.
• Provide regular progress updates to project management.
