Expediting/Logistics Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, material requests, and supplier commitments.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding production status, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements.

• Track materials and equipment from order placement through delivery to the required destination.

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipping documents, delivery schedules, and tracking information.

• Provision of end-to-end procurement support services, including proactive supplier expediting, logistics coordination, shipment monitoring, delivery scheduling, customs and transportation follow-up (as applicable), and comprehensive purchase order tracking to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services while minimizing supply chain delays and supporting uninterrupted operations.

• Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in expediting, logistics, procurement, supply chain, or project support is an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers, shipments, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
