Expeditor and Server

Job Overview
We are looking for a candidate with good organization skill, who knows their way around a kitchen, and has a passion for service and working in the front of house. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

This is a great position for someone who has worked in kitchens and FOH

Duties

• Put together orders as items are being completed by individual stations
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet the restaurant's quality standards before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and health regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests to enhance the overall dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety standards is essential.
• Experience using POS systems such as Toast is a plus.
• Both Front of house and Back of house experience is important for this role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure are required.
