Expeditor

The Position:

• As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for monitoring and expediting procurement activities to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered according to project schedules. You will coordinate closely with suppliers, procurement teams, logistics providers, and clients to proactively identify and resolve potential delays, ensuring on-time delivery and project success.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experiences in Expediting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Project Coordination is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.

Missions & Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor purchase orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules; identify and resolve delays proactively.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and track critical items.
• Follow up on manufacturing progress, production schedules, and shipment status; prepare expediting reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct supplier visits and expediting meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, courier services, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate billing records and proof of delivery documentation.

Required Technical Skills:

• ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage

• Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Logistics and shipping coordination.

• Understanding of Incoterms and international trade practices.
