Job Title: Expeditor/Food Runner

Reports to: Dining Room Manager

Location: The Union League Golf Club at Torresdale

Description We are looking for an expeditor and food runner to support our serving staff and set up/break down our kitchen. Responsibilities include organizing and prepping station for service, organization of tickets and expo line, running and serving plates, and assisting in clearing tables. To summarize, you will ensure our daily flow of service runs smoothly and our members have a pleasant, seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities Prepare expo line and products before service

Keeping an organized station

Ability to clearly read and maintain the ticket board and monitor table service

Ability to carry trays up stairs

Run food to tables and communicate with members about the food

Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas

Compensation Fair wages – $15 per hour
