Job Summary

As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our lively, guest-first atmosphere by ensuring that every dish meets our high standards before reaching our valued guests. Key Responsibilities

• Check each plate for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it reaches the guest.
• Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and runners to ensure efficient food flow.
• Coordinate ticket times and manage the flow of orders during peak rushes.
• Garnish and finalize plates to match restaurant standards.
• Organize food on trays for runners and assist with table delivery when needed.
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo line and pass-through window.

Requirements

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communicator capable of serving as the go-between for kitchen and service staff.
• Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Previous experience as a food runner, expo, or in a kitchen/FOH support role preferred.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Team player with a positive, guest-first attitude.
