· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or technical training from a trade, business, professional school, college, or university is preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
· Relevant professional experience in electrical wholesale, utility distribution, logistics, purchasing, or infrastructure-related operations may be considered in place of additional education.
· 3–5 years of supply chain tracking, logistics, purchasing, warehouse dispatch, expediting, or related project coordination experience preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams, as well as experience using ERP, inventory, or order-management systems.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
· Ability to prioritize urgent material requests and manage multiple manufacturer lead times and delivery schedules simultaneously.
· Strong customer service, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to learn new supplier portals, ERP systems, and logistics platforms quickly.
