Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in expediting, procurement, supply chain, materials management, or vendor management, preferably within large industrial, energy, EPC, oil & gas, LNG, or infrastructure projects.

- Understanding of manufacturing schedules, vendor documentation, inspections, logistics, and material delivery processes.
- Experience managing long-lead and schedule-critical equipment.
- Ability to identify schedule risks and effectively push suppliers to implement recovery actions.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with procurement or ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase orders, suppliers, and priorities simultaneously.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of a purchase order after award and manage it through manufacturing, inspection, shipment, and final delivery. They should be comfortable engaging suppliers directly, challenging delivery dates, tracking manufacturing milestones, escalating delays, and keeping project teams informed of material status and schedule risk.
