Our Expediter will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring customer orders to ensure timely production, shipment, and communication. This role serves as a central link between sales, operations, and customers, providing real-time updates and resolving issues that may impact delivery timelines.

Additional Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Ability to analyze information, anticipate potential delays, and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or production coordination within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Experience using ERP or order tracking systems to manage, track, and update order data.
