Expense Report Processor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Expense Report Processor to review, verify, and process employee expense reports. The role ensures that expenses are properly documented, accurately recorded, and compliant with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process employee expense reports and reimbursement requests.
• Verify receipts, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Check expenses against company policies and approved guidelines.
• Encode and maintain expense data in Excel, accounting systems, or ERP platforms.
• Identify discrepancies, duplicate claims, or missing documentation and coordinate with employees for clarification.
• Monitor pending expense reports and ensure timely processing.
• Assist with reconciliation of expenses and financial records.
• Maintain organized and confidential financial documentation.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries of processed expenses.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, HR, and employees regarding expense-related concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting systems or ERP software is an advantage.
• Experience with expense processing, reimbursement, or accounts payable is preferred.
