Experanced Front Desk Agent

Looking for an experienced full time front desk agent Sunday thru Saturday, Days may vary 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Check guests in and out of the hotel using the computerized reservation system
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns or complaints
• Assist guests with information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficient in using phone systems and computerized reservation systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information

This position requires working evening or night shifts, including weekends and holidays. The Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel.
