What they need
Objective and Scope of Work SCP personnel shall provide services as the Company may schedule and determine such as:
- Monitor asset movements from delivery, deployment, transfers, and disposal.
- Ensure all asset deployments are confirmed by employee/custodian.
- Maintain a database of all assets with information required for Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) reporting.
- Assistance on PEZA compliance on asset movements.
- Provide guidance on how to improve asset management.
- Ensure all assets are barcoded after delivery and before deployment to users and/or technology.
- Assist during PEZA inspection on asset disposal.8) Coordinate the documentation required for PEZA disposal.
