Experience & Content Specialist

As of October 8th, a leading law firm, is seeking a Litigation, Experience & Content Specialist to join its Business Development team. This role will work closely with attorneys and the wider Business Development team, responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating matter records within the firm’s experience database.
• Drafting and editing matter descriptions, representative experience lists, and case summaries for pitches, proposals, and RFPs.
• Preparing tailored experience lists and assist with pitch and proposal materials.
• Supporting legal directory submissions.
• Collaborating across multiple departments to maintain accurate and consistent experience content.
• Reviewing matter restrictions and ensure content complies with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience preferably in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, case lifecycles, and court processes.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or experience management systems preferred, such as Salesforce or Foundation.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and content transformation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail.
