Experienced Bartender & Mixologist with Wine Expertise – Authentic Italian Restaurant

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at our authentic Italian restaurant. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, a deep appreciation for fine wines (particularly Italian varietals), and a warm, engaging presence behind the bar.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience in high-end or fine dining establishments
• Strong mixology skills with the ability to craft both traditional and innovative cocktails
• In-depth wine knowledge, with a focus on Italian wines—WSET certification is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
• A passion for Italian culture, cuisine, and hospitality
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating a memorable guest experience through expert drink preparation and service
• Managing bar inventory and restocking as needed
• Making thoughtful wine and beverage recommendations
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations

Other Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, assisting with bussing tables as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in an authentic Italian restaurant is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine is highly desirable.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
