We want team players who are excited to prepare assembled cakes for amazing customers

and assist with the day-to-day operations of our bakery to ensure it runs smoothly.

See qualifications below…

• Enjoy decorating and assembling occasion and wedding cakes with decorating experience.
• Experience working with fondant.
• Expert buttercream, flowers, icing, filling and smoothing cakes. Finish cakes with first coatings to get ready for decorating.
• Fill all individual & layer cakes, organizing and stacking cake layers, matching fillings and base coatings. This role requires individuals to be quick, 4 cakes per hour, organized and willing to work with others and take direction to match guest expectations.
• Experience with an artistic eye, ability to match colors.
• Assist baking staff with the production of fillings.
• Check the production schedule to determine the variety and quantity of goods needed for cake assembly.
• Retail cake preparation and cupcake decorating as needed.

Mon - Fri 10 am - 5pm, Sat 9:30 - 2:00 pm and closed Sunday.
