Experience Coordinator

Reset Hydrotherapy is looking for an Experience Coordinator to help create a welcoming, clean, organized, and professional environment for our clients. This role combines customer service, facility operations, and wellness/recovery support within our cold water therapy, sauna, contrast therapy, and red light therapy facility.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting clients throughout their experience
• Opening and closing the facility independently
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Monitoring room turnover and appointment flow
• Assisting with water maintenance, sanitation, and facility upkeep
• Answering questions and helping guide clients through services
• Handling bookings, memberships, and general administrative tasks
• Supporting overall client experience and daily operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, pools/spas, or client-facing environments is an asset
• Experience with cleaning protocols, chemicals, or water systems is an asset
• Interest in wellness, recovery, health, or performance
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple responsibilities

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
