Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to domestic and international flight bookings.
• Search and compare airline fares, flight schedules, rutes, and available travel options.
• Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancallations, and refund requests.
• Use GDS booking systems to search flight availability, check fares, create reservations, and issue tickets.
• Convert flight inquiries and sales leads into confirmed airline ticket bookings.
• Prepare flight quotations, explain ticket conditions, baggage allowances, and airline policies.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide professional customer service to UK-based clients and assist with flight-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer information, booking records, and follow-up remarks in the CRM or LMS.
• Recommend suitable flight options and additional travel services based on customer requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in flight sales, airline ticketing, international flight bookings, or a travel agency.
• Practical GDS experience in mandatory. Candidates must have hands-on experience with at least one GDS platform, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Ability to search fares, check flight availability, create reservations, issue tickets, and handle rebooking and ticket changes through a GDS system.
• Good understanding of international airline fares, ticketing procedures, baggage policies, cancellations, and refunds.
• Proven ability to handle sales inquiries, follow up with leads, convert prospects, and close bookings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and sales skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and maintain accurate booking records.
