Experience HVAC Installer

Arctic Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, follows safety procedures, and provides quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment.
• Install refrigerant lines, ductwork, thermostats, and other system components.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Test and verify proper system operation after installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete installation paperwork and report job progress to the office.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on HVAC installation experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use HVAC tools and equipment safely.
• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
