• 1–2+ years of line-cook experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-quality kitchen
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong team-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and composed during busy service
• Pride in quality, consistency, and presentation
