Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions with precision and artistry
• Apply advanced techniques including nail art, color blending, and design customization to meet client preferences
• Maintain strict adherence to salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide expert advice on nail care products
• Educate clients on proper nail maintenance, aftercare routines, and available retail products for ongoing beauty enhancement
• Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Keep detailed records of services provided and maintain a well-organized work station for efficiency

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of color theory and design principles for creative nail art
• Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including gel manicures, acrylics, and nail extensions
• Strong understanding of salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and sanitation standards
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nails, esthetics, or related fields
• Ability to perform pedicures with attention to detail while ensuring client comfort
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling complementary products such as hand creams or nail care items
• Familiarity with advanced treatments like dermabrasion or esthetic laser procedures is a plus
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional client experiences

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
