Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct same-day welcome calls and program orientation

2. Explain program structure (tiers, levels, progression rules)

3. Set expectations on engagement, timelines, and outcomes

4. Capture financial goals, risk appetite, and investment experience

5. Assign clients to the appropriate tier and define roadmap

6. Drive structured learning across levels and tiers

7. Ensure participation in sessions and completion of assignments

8. Maintain defined interaction cadence:

9. Guide clients through portfolio-building exercises

10. Review assignments and provide feedback

11. Ensure discipline, diversification, and structured approach

12. Monitor client performance across levels

13. Approve progression based on defined criteria

14. Maintain completion logs and performance tracking

15. Maintain engagement with inactive/unreachable clients

16. Build long-term client relationships

• Strong understanding of financial markets
• Knowledge of portfolio structuring and asset allocation concepts
• Familiarity with trading/investing platforms
• Ability to interpret client portfolios and learning progress
