Experience Site Civil Project Engineer

Tri-Tek Engineering is seeking an Experienced Site Civil Project Engineer to engage in residential and commercial site development projects. This exciting position encourages creative design skills in a dynamic and supportive work environment offering excellent prospects for professional growth. Responsibilities include site evaluation, feasibility studies, concept planning, stormwater management, utility design, roadways, client interaction, and related aspects of the land development design process. You will experience a collaborative and collegial design team environment working closely with senior management to achieve client goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize and submit drawings to the appropriate jurisdictions (Fairfax/Arlington/Loudoun Counties, and more!)
• Design and coordinate all elements of the Land Development design process
• Ensure quality control and mentoring Design Engineers
• Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project objectives including schedule and budgets

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in Civil Engineering design and Land Development projects
• Experience with Northern Virginia jurisdictions and VDOT
• Proficiency in Industry Standard Software including, but not limited to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Applications, and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
• EIT preferred with desire to obtain PE
