What Defines You aEURcBacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Economics;

aEURc1-3 years of experience, preferably in consulting;

aEURcSolid accounting and fiscal knowledge;

aEURcIntermediate level of English and Excel, with a willingness to learn new digital tools;

aEURcStrong self-management and organizational skills;

aEURcAdaptable to different business contexts and client needs.

Responsibilities You career journey at BDO:

As an Accounting Consultant at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities:

aEURcUnderstand client organization dynamics to identify specific accounting needs and provide strategic insights;

aEURcPerform accounting operations, including bookkeeping, trial balances, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements;

aEURcEnsure compliance with local regulations and support clients in meeting reporting deadlines, including audits and regulatory inspections;

aEURcReview junior colleagues, promoting accountability, trust, and proactive problem-solving;

aEURcImprove, alongside the team, client services and internal workflows through process optimization and digital transformation projects.
